Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WooDash mobile application, website (woodash.site), and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by WooDash Labs ("WooDash", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2. Use of the Service

The Service provides mobile access to data from your WooCommerce store via secure, scoped API connections that you authorize. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (b) misuse, disrupt, or overload the Service; (c) access data you are not authorized to access; or (d) use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

3. WooCommerce and third parties

WooDash is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WooCommerce or Automattic. The Service depends on your WooCommerce store and its API; we are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations of third-party platforms. Your use of WooCommerce remains subject to its own terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features require a paid plan (e.g., WooDash Pro). Fees are shown at the time of purchase and are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; paid features remain available until the end of the current period.

5. Free trial

We may offer trials of paid features. Unless stated otherwise, trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by WooDash Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Customer data and store content

You retain all rights to your store data and customer data. We process such data only to provide and improve the Service, in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and process the data you make available to the Service.

8. Acceptable use and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete or anonymize your account data per our retention practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WooDash Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WooDash Labs and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
